About "The City of Batman"

About the artwork

This building is quite well-known among London photographers for its unique design full of sharp angles and its resemblance to the Batman sign when photographed from the right vantage point.
The building is 7 More London Riverside and is the headquarters for PWC. It is part of the More London project in London and was designed by Foster + Partners. It stands in an area next to Tower Bridge on the South Bank. For my shot, I photographed straight up and cropped to focus on the Batman shape. It was a very dull day, but I also edited the photo for a darker look and converted it to mono.

I've taken this photo a few times before, but I was never satisfied with my shots because the sky was clear and it didn't look like it. But with a bit of moody cloudiness, it adds another element to the shot and I am happy with how it turned out.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
