About the artwork

This collage is all about contrasts and connections, and it brings together strength, ambition and being human.The dark woman is the most important part of the collage. She's turned sideways, looking out over a horizon we can't see, and she looks like she's got a lot of mystery and strength, but also a connection to the earth.On her head there are some clouds, which look soft but are actually lively, and in them you can see a busy city. This bit of sky is a symbol of her dreams—they might seem weightless but they have a lot of depth.The city nestled in the clouds shows the tension between her grounded reality and her huge ambition, and this is something we all have inside us.Her clothes tell another part of the story, with two faint figures in the fabric. These figures represent the complexities of human connection—relationships that shape her identity, her story, and maybe even her gaze.
The background is full of urban life – buildings, people, and all the moments that make up the city. Together, they create a story about shared experiences, progress, and the mix of individuality and community.This piece makes us think about where we fit into these contrasts and connections.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
