The Eiffel Tower.
The Eiffel Tower is the symbol of Paris and was designed by engineers Maurice Koechlin and Émile Nouguier, two collaborators of Gustave Eiffel. The tower was built on the occasion of the 1889 World's Fair in Paris.
Over the years, the tower has had different colours from Venetian red to yellow-orange. In 1968, the tower was given the colour that has become known as Eiffel Tower brown. The colour of the tower consists of three shades of brown, the darkest at the top and the lightest at the bottom.
