At the northernmost tip of our country you will find the village of Uithuizen. From here it is a long straight road, the Lauwersweg, which ends in the Uithuizen mudflats.
The strong wind racing across the Wad made for beautiful moving clouds in the photo. It reflected beautifully in a patch of fallow mudflats just outside the dyke.
This spot provides new images and vistas every time. One of my favourite places to visit.
