The Green-Spore Poison Parasol Mushroom - The green spore parasol mushroom is poping up all over our neighborhood. We had a few rainy weeks and the mushroom love this enviornment. Due to the rain this one grew to fast and developed a ripped texture. The raindrops are still sitting on top of the mushroom. The texture looks like the fur of a plush animal. I am not sure if this only happens due to rain or this mushroom mature this way.
I loved the texture when I noticed this mushroom growing in our front yard. Knowing it is poisoned and we have kids and animals near our home I am removing this mushroom. But before I do I had to take this picture first. It is photographed on a early rainy fall morning. The view is at eye level. Yes I went down on my stomach to take this photograph.
This high key macro photograph of the green spore parasol mushroom is a natures lover delight.
