About ‘The Kyoto Girl’ by Ton van Hummel (Alias HUVANTO)
This work is based on a photo of a Japanese girl. Because of her pale white face, the work is so titled. There are a lot of pale white Geisha's living in Kyoto. The only thing that's not Japanese are the blue eyes.
