The Pioneering Spirit the yellow glow. The magnificent expanse of water, the vast expanse of the harbour together with the huge crane ship. As impressive as this ship is with the huge Maasvlakte around it. That remains huge every time to see this crane ship. The mooring lines to the poles the anchor under the huge bow.
The strong wind creates the waves on the huge water surface of the second Maasvlakte.
The port of Rotterdam is huge with ships and surfaces.
Port photography is a fascinating form of photography that focuses on capturing the activity in ports. Port cities are often bustling centres of trade and industry, with ships, trucks and trains coming and going to load and unload goods. This offers photographers the opportunity to capture beautiful images of large ships docked at the quayside, crane machines loading and unloading containers from and onto the ships, and workers busy at work. Port photography can be challenging, as there is often a lot of movement and activity, and the light is constantly changing.
