The Stari Most, or Old Bridge of Mostar, is the iconic heart of the city in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This 16th-century Ottoman arch bridge spans the emerald Neretva River and connects the two parts of the city. Destroyed in 1993 and rebuilt in 2004, the bridge symbolises both beauty and resilience.
