About the artwork

From the Mittagberg, 1451 metres above sea level, a wide view opens up down into the Upper Illertal, where the municipality of Rettenberg nestles gently into the landscape. The meadows and fields unfold like a mosaic of green, criss-crossed by paths that run like bright threads through the land. Individual farms and small barns are scattered like precious pearls across this vast plain, while the forests on the slopes form the borders to the sky.
At the centre of this harmony lies Rettenberg, nestled between gentle hills, with the district of Kranzegg behind it, its roofs glowing in the sunlight. The scenery is like a painting that tells the story of the silent connection between nature and man - a landscape that not only provides space for living, but also for dreaming.
From up here, the valley appears peaceful and orderly, a vast stage on which the seasons unfold their play. The clarity of the air reinforces the feeling of vastness, while the quiet lines of the landscape point into the distance. It is a panorama full of security that invites the viewer to lose themselves in the beauty of the moment and to feel the gentleness of the Allgäu with all their senses.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
