A winter shower appeared over the Zeeland Bridge today. We were waiting for the rainbow, which was only partly visible because of the thick cloud cover. To emphasise the heavy contrasts in the sky, I used a slow shutter speed which prevented both the traffic on the bridge and the waves in the Oosterschelde from being seen.
Sometime in 1980 Jan bought his first SLR camera and since that time a camera has always been at his fingertips.
