The bow of a ship is a drawing in itself. A story of the voyages from port to port. The rust the drag marks of the anchor chains. This ship has a strong story of her travels.
Moored at the quay I saw her lying in the sunshine and the other side of the bow in the shade. I immediately walked over to it with the camera and took pictures of it.
The marks and the wear of the paint. Where has the ship been. It is a painting of stories.
The ship is full of life but waiting moored at the dock. The bright colors and the rawness of the ship is worth a photo.
Raw and the harbor as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is a different world. The landscape of the harbor is always changing. The ships, the people and the landscape continue to fascinate me.
