Dunnet Head (Scottish Gaelic: Ceann Dùnaid) is a peninsula on which the northernmost point of Scotland lies. Dunnet Head lies on the northern coast of the county of Caithness. Dunnet is a seaside village, at the beginning of the Dunnet Head peninsula. The northernmost point, also known as Easter Head, lies 18 kilometres northwest of John o' Groats. At the northernmost point of Dunnet Head there is a lighthouse.
