A moment beyond time: a young guardian sits in the semi-darkness of a mysterious, cathedral-like room. Her posture is calm, almost ritualistic. Her long, artfully braided hair frames a still, serious face that looks inwards. Her hands clasp a glowing, oversized egg - transparent, radiating from within, streaked with fine, silvery-white feather patterns and tiny dots of light like stardust.

The egg seems to be more than just an object. It looks like a storehouse of ancient dreams, a repository of forgotten souls or shattered myths. Around it lie decaying, bird-like sculptures - as if they had fallen out of porcelain dreams. In one corner sits a mute, antique toy creature, its eyes empty, its body like a silent guardian.

The scene is framed by flickering candles and rising smoke that clings to the room like ghostly threads of memory. The girl's robe, deep blue and embroidered with delicate star patterns, seems to connect her to another heaven.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
