About the artwork

The Tiger a magnificent animal so strong, so enchanting, so mysterious. What goes on in him? Nobody knows because he is so quiet, yet so strong in character. Those eyes so telling, he looks straight through you but still it grabs you. He does not let himself get small no matter what.
Of all the felines, the tiger's eyes are the most telling. I was born in the Chinese year of the tiger, so this beautiful animal is one of my many favorites. I so hope that the tiger will never become extinct in the wild... I read a quote from a Mr. George Bernard Shaw that reads as follows:

When a man wants to kill a tiger, he calls it a sport: when a tiger wants to kill him, he calls it cruelty. ~George Bernard Shaw~ (Irish-English writer, critic and Nobel Laureate in Literature(1925) 1856-1950)

I hope mankind will soon become wiser!....

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
