One of the famous sand dunes of the Namib Desert in beautiful Namibia.
It takes less than an hour to reach the top but for me it was longer because of a leaden bag full of Nikon equipment!
It is the southernmost of a long line of dunes stretching all the way to the Kuiseb River in the north.
This is a type of image that fits any interior. Your eyes keep looking at undulations and the colours of the sand.
The area is much ridden by quad bikes but when the wind picks up in the afternoon, the sand is perfect again in no time and there is not a footprint to be seen!
