This nature photo was taken in the Netherlands. A quiet picture with some bushes in the foreground and water feature and then a green verge with some trees behind it. What cannot be seen in the photo is that once you cross the verge you can see the sea, as it is only a few dozen metres away. Taken in vertical mode to go against the horizontal lines seen in the image. The colours have not been enhanced as the sky really looked like this at the time of shooting.
The why of this photo is simply to demonstrate the calmness that prevails in front of the berm, a berm that serves to ensure that during storms, this quiet area is not flooded with the rush of the sea.
