Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

About ‘The lady in red’ by Dwaal de Tinten

‘The Lady in Red’ (by Chris de Burgh) always makes me appreciate a lady’s style and class, preferably when she’s wearing a beautiful dress.

When I saw this mannequin in a red dress in a shop window, I immediately thought of the song. I could hear the lyrics drifting through my head. For many years now, this particular photo has been the wallpaper on my tablet. This tablet is the beating heart of my photographic collection. Viewing, uploading, adjusting, editing, and creating digital artistic effects with my own photo's.
These are my favourite hours, usually in the evening. Some lovely music playing, a candle lit. Often with a cat or dog nearby whilst I sit on the sofa – or in the garden during the summer months – and let my creative flow run free.

The thought that someone might want to hang this lady in red on their wall gives me a special feeling. I hope she brings the buyer just as much visual pleasure as she has given me for many years now. Whenever I switch on my tablet, switch between apps or switch it off. She’s always there: the graceful simplicity of feminine beauty.
