Swimming into a sealion colony can be a photographic challenge. Finding a neat composition is not easy with one hundred agile and swift swimming sealion pups all trying to be on front row. Usually there are too many other fins, bubbles and whiskers popping in the screen.
Paying attention to the patterns and getting used to the behavior of the animals does help. This sealion pup stayed around long enough for me to notice it begging for it´s picture to be taken. Luckily the rest of his friends were busying themselves for a short while..
