About the artwork

This monochrome image shows a quiet transition between two worlds: the natural tranquillity of greenery and the distant promise of the city. From the high vantage point on an apartment building on the Belgian coast, one looks deep into the interior. Trees fill the foreground and lead the eye to the buildings in the distance-houses, towers, factory chimneys. And behind them: a series of white plumes of cloud, from industrial installations, hovering above the horizon as a reminder of human presence. The choice of black and white enhances the calmness of the image, taking out time and letting only the shapes, lines and transitions speak. It is a landscape that balances between the stillness of nature and the rhythm of human life. The horizon is sharp, clearly delineated, yet distant. The image is hushed, a gentle clash between treetops and brick, between clouds and smoke. It invites you to look and look again, at a world where contrast and coherence go hand in hand. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
