The artist Gustav Klimt is known for his opulent paintings, bursting with ornamentation, in which he often glorifies women, being a woman and female eroticism.
The man Gustav Klimt cultivated this obsession not only recognizable in his paintings, but also quite real in numerous affairs with his models.
Based on his world famous painting "The Kiss", which is considered the epitome of love and devotion, I wanted to break up this innocent romantic scene and add new aspects to the image by combining it with two other paintings by Klimt:
For example, the aspect of the "womenizer", who always "has several irons in the fire" and likes to please many ladies.
Looking at the lady in the middle (portrait of Adele Bloch-Bauer) the aspect of futile modesty vs. passion. The chaperone has resignedly turned her back on the scene and is trying to keep her composure, but perhaps she is also indulging in her own erotic fantasies.
And in the foreground with the lasciviously poured "Vamp" the aspect of the seductress who takes what she wants and who comes from the painting with the meaningful title "Water snakes".
But possibly the ladies in the foreground are also a couple and have decorated their apartment only with the painting "The Kiss"...
