Beelitz-Heilstatten, a hospital complex in Beelitz in the former GDR. The complex, which began construction in 1898, consisted of more than 60 buildings, each with beautiful architecture.

My name is Frans Nijland, I am an amateur photographer and I live in Delden Overijssel. For years my great passion was urbex photography, capturing the decay of abandoned buildings. For this many trips have been made in a large part of Europe. Over the years my interest has broadened to include nature photography, architecture and urban photography. I hope you enjoy my photos.
