I was allowed to photograph this beautiful staircase in one of Hamburg's large office buildings. When you look up, you almost get dizzy so high is the staircase.
The offices were really not depressing office blocks, but architectural gems that graced the covers of all architectural magazines. And today they adorn the World Heritage List along with the Speicherstadt.
