England is the homeland of great brands like Norton, Triumph and Vincent. They are the motorbike brands of the past and present that still capture many an imagination. The image of the English motorbike is that of the two-cylinder and the single-cylinder that had to be able to reach 100 miles per hour at any cost. Famous pubs like the Ace Cafe where English bikers gathered to tell tough stories and drink a pint speak volumes. The Ton up boys, the Rockers and the Wild one had only one goal in life and that was to ride as fast as possible. The Scrambler was designed by motorcyclists who were not satisfied with the models the factories came up with. The Scrambler is primarily meant to be a no-nonsense motorbike. As little frills and wind protection as possible, just a pure motorbike where all the technology is visible.
