The giants of the sea and the giants of the port.
The colorful containers the bright red tug on the Nieuwe Waterweg. The large container ship being piloted in to the Maasvlakte.
The port of Rotterdam always busy with shipping. The giants of the sea are assisted by the giants of the port. The tugs are almost dwarfed by these great sea giants. Container ships with their huge size cannot do without a tug.
Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is another world. The landscape of the harbor is always changing. The ships the people the landscape it continues to fascinate me. Thanks to this detail you can see the tensions on the hull of the ship.
