Hardanger vidda plateau. A high plateau in southern Norway.
A place where herds of reindeer can move freely, unpredictable weather awaits and also great hikes can be experienced.
The unpredictability of the weather is evident in the photo, and a week later after we returned from our road trip. A herd of reindeer had been hit by a lightning strike, and unfortunately all died.
The emptiness of the area gives it a dark atmosphere, only when the sun breaks through, it is a beautiful green field with white margies. So a great area for hiking, but don't forget your mackintosh!
A very nice picture to put up, especially if you like dramatic landscapes.
I would love to hear your opinion
