Turned to the summer sun, it can be done literally and figuratively. The young woman here, of course, is literally turned towards the sun. She is clearly enjoying it looking across the land in the distance, towards the sunlight. She is standing in a green field of grass and wildflowers. The circles in the foreground indicate the figurative turn towards the sun. Turn towards the sun, towards the positivity of life, it's as beautiful as you make it. We don't control everything but when you turn towards the sun, everything looks a lot sunnier and more positive. This young woman in her beautiful, romantic long dress with that giant long train, has already turned towards the sun. The colours used in this impressionistic, yet somewhat surrealist work are mostly warm and sunny. Lots of peach, orange, purple, yellow, green, and black, all in multiple shades, but generally some softer colours. This work is a beautiful statement suitable for any home.
