Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Twilight in Amsterdam’ by Jeroen de Jongh Photography

The Prinsengracht in Amsterdam is a canal that runs parallel to the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam-Centre. The moat, named after the Prince of Orange, is the fourth of the four main canals belonging to the ring of canals.

Construction began in 1612 on the initiative of mayor Frans Hendricksz Oetgens, based on a design by city carpenter Hendrick Jacobsz Staets and city planner Lucas Jansz Sinck.

The section between the Leidsegracht and the Amstel river is part of the 1658 explanation. At the last extension, the section east of the Amstel River was constructed. This part was given the name Nieuwe Prinsengracht.

In the extension of the Prinsengracht, between the Brouwersgracht and the Westerdok, lies the Korte Prinsengracht.
