About the artwork

The picture shows two wolves in a snowy forest. They are standing on a small hill and looking in different directions. The largest wolf, probably the alpha of the pack, stands in the centre and looks straight ahead. His grey fur is strong and luxuriant, and he seems particularly proud and lofty. A slightly smaller wolf stands to his side, looking intently to the left. Its brown fur appears softer and not quite as strong as that of the alpha wolf. The third wolf, a young wolf or pup, stands to the left of the alpha wolf and looks at the ground. Its fluffy, white fur is not yet fully developed, which could indicate that it is a young wolf. In the background is a gloomy, snow-covered forest with tall trees. The trees are covered in snow and only allow a little daylight to penetrate. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
