In the desert, 50 mile from Las Vegas, you'll find the breathtaking Valley of Fire State Park. Breathtaking, in multiple ways: it is truly beautiful, but als so hot it's hard te breathe while you hike the trails in this colorful area. The Valley of Fire is the oldest state park in the state of Nevada.
A few days before this photo was taken, it has been raining significantly, even roads were flooded. Even after a few days of more than 40 degrees Celsius the ground isn't totally dry yet.
