Vesica Piscis – On the biscuit
In the beginning, there was a biscuit. 🍪
A firebug and an ant met there – and were photographed by chance.

From this brief moment, two separate visual worlds subsequently emerged: one created by me, the other by an AI. Only after both were complete were they combined and freely developed further. This gave rise to a third image that neither of us had planned on our own. Structures from both worlds are still present, whilst others only emerged when they overlapped. Ants, insects, faces, totems and tiny creatures appear and disappear again, depending on where your gaze happens to fall.

To me, this is a little Vesica Piscis: Two different perspectives overlap – and in the space between them, something third emerges. And somewhere right at the bottom of all this cosmic madness, there’s still a little biscuit. 😁🍪🐜❤️

I love Van Gogh and my aim is to apply paint just as thickly as he did, only digitally.
The only thing I let external programmes do is occasionally use an art filter to add more contrast, but these filters are then carefully considered and edited.

The concept and composition, colours and layering – no AI is involved. I don’t think an AI could manage it either, as you have to push certain boundaries from time to time.
