About ‘View of Eys’ by Nop Briex

I drive past the Eyser Plantage along Karstraat towards Nijswiller. To my left, I look out over the valley towards the village of Eys in South Limburg. Rolling fields and woods alternate. The grain stands golden yellow, ripened and proud, basking in the sun in the balmy summer breeze. A beautiful landscape in the southernmost tip of the Netherlands.

The original painting is slightly larger in height. Here at Werk aan de Muur, the work is available as a premium reproduction print in a pleasant size for you. Enjoy!
