Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

A horizontal 2:1 photo of Machu Picchu, a ruined city of the Incas in Peru.
Abandoned in the 16th century, Machu Picchu was rediscovered in 1866. Much of the Inca civilisation can still be found in the ruins. Administratively, Machupicchu is a distrito of the provincia Urubamba in Peru's Cusco region.
