In a small sunny street in the South of France, a teenager is walking, looking inwards. His body is there, among the facades, the stones and the passers-by... but his mind seems elsewhere. Nothing in the quiet bustle of village life seems to be enough to feed the invisible hunger inside him.
His eyes aren't looking for the scenery around him; they're already painting another world, made up of brighter colours, more intense images, a universe he's building inside. In his silence, he carries with him a fragile force: that of all beings in search of sensations, dreams, inner landscapes where we can breathe more freely.
This portrait is not just of a boy. It reflects a universal experience: that moment in life, or even in everyday life, when we withdraw from the visible world to enter an intimate, secret space where the imagination becomes a refuge and a source of reinvention.
