About "Vintage Volkswagen"

About the artwork

This picture shows a close-up of a classic Volkswagen, a Karmann Ghia, seen from a slightly elevated perspective that highlights the side and rear of the car.

The car is in a "rat rod" or "patina" condition, characterised by intentionally preserved or created rust spots and a weathered appearance. The bodywork is dark in colour, possibly matt black or dark grey, and shows distinct rust brown spots and streaks, giving it a rough and vintage character. The surface has an interesting texture due to the imperfections.

The rear window has a sunshade with horizontal slats, which is typical of older cars's and adds to the retro aesthetic. The chrome window surround and door handle are still shiny and contrast nicely with the weathered paintwork. Inside the car, some stickers or badges can be seen on the dashboard.

The wheels are more modern, polished rims with five spokes, which contrast with the weathered bodywork and suggest that the car has indeed been serviced and possibly modified. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
