WORK:
Drinking a wine, many limit the sense of taste to: Very nice, nice, okay or not nice.
Although there is an increasingly large group with some deeper interest in wines, the vast majority have no idea what flavours are hidden in their sip of wine.
I thought it would be fun to depict an example of this in a poster form. A white Sauvignon Blanc in this case. I chose a somewhat loose watercolour painting form so that the poster is very nice to hang in the kitchen, for example.
MATERIALS USED IN THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Watercolour paint, watercolour pencils, coloured pencils and ink.
INSPIRATION:
I once studied at the High School of Hotels before moving in a completely different direction in terms of studies. And yet a lot has stuck from that time, including a love for everything to do with cooking, food and drink. I therefore enjoy making illustrations on this subject.
