About "Waiting for the summer thunderstorm"

About the artwork

Waiting for the summer thunderstorm, that is what this young woman seems to be doing. She is wearing a simple long dress. Her hair and dress sway in the picking wind that often accompanies an oncoming thunderstorm. The sky is slowly turning yellow and ominous. Here and there some light still falls between the dark clouds. The change in the sky is really beautiful to see, but perhaps not really safe in the open. The young woman stands at the edge of the open field, still just among the wildflowers. Poppies, Flutewort and other wildflowers grow and bloom lushly behind her. She is enjoying the beautiful view and the rapidly changing weather. There is plenty to see and fantasise about on the picturesque artwork. The colours of work are yellow, green, brown, orange and white. It may make you daydream away when this hangs on the wall in your home.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
