This is a photograph of three water drops, with the reflection of a grey cat in each drop. Water drops act like a lens, capturing a razor-sharp image of the underlying subject, in this case a grey cat with green eyes. And like a lens, a water drop also flips the image. Which gives a very playful effect to the photo, with the subject upside down behind the waterdrop, and the waterdrop in which this image can again be seen razor-sharp upright. This is the natural effect of the water drop. Great to see this little wonder in real life, and now magnified by the photo camera with a macro lens. This image is reality, a real image and so not created in a photo editing programme, this is one photo, one shot, and so you can see this reflection with your own eyes, in real life! Wonderfully beautiful is this natural effect of the water drop, the razor-sharp image of the background which is caught in the water drop. The grey cat with green eyes is beautifully reflected in the water drop, the drop hangs from a small thin leaf, the combination makes a great composition for the wall!
