Electricity cables to the under construction reactor number 5 at the time of the nuclear disaster in 1986 with reactor number 4 at Chernobyl. That disaster brought all developments in the area to a standstill. There were 6 reactors planned of which 5 and 6 never came to an end. This image was photographed with an infrared camera at a wavelength of 550 nanometers, giving everything that lives an almost radioactive red glow. Especially trees glow red and even grass!
