A tour of Westland always yields beautiful, surprising or interesting pictures. I prefer to go by bike. You get to places you can't reach by car. I call it exploring routes in between. I took this photo one afternoon in February. The sun was shining, finally again, and its light was reflected in the glass of the greenhouse. Behind the glass, actually I should say, the facade, an insulating screen cloth had been mounted. This gave an extra dimension to the reflection of the sunlight. In front of the greenhouse was a so-called water basin. Rainwater from the greenhouse is collected in it and used at a later time in growing crops in the greenhouse. Reflection of sunlight on glass, and then again on water, gives something extra's to a photo. I converted the photo to black and white. The, slightly, present clouds above the greenhouse and the reflection in the glass and the water, give the photo an almost surreal look. Note also the reflection of sunlight on the aluminium structural parts, on the inside, of the greenhouse deck....
An intriguing, atmospheric photo that will look great on your wall. Just think about where you want to hang this creation. At home? Office? Business space? Reception hall?
Just think of it....
Good luck with that.... ? ?
