The Windotter in IJsselstein is a corn mill that is still in use. Grain is milled every day. In the workshop the flour is packed and in the mill shop it is sold. Several entrepreneurs in IJsselstein, including several catering businesses, use flour from De Windotter for their products. Pizzas and various types of bread are available.
