About the artwork

A solitary, whitish eucalyptus tree reaches up against an intensely blue sky, grown on the rugged, orange-red rocks of central Australia. The tree symbolises resilience, rooted in a seemingly inhospitable landscape, forming a striking contrast between life and stone.

Ormiston Gorgen is and always was my most beautiful place to go swimming. A Permanent Waterhole. On Aboriginal Land where we loacal residents were allowed into the National Park to enjoy nature. It is now also open to the public.

I took this photo because I am so intrigued with the three primary colours you see OVERALL in Central Australia.
Cobalt blue skies (I used to call them Smurf blue skies lol) with the ochre red orange rust brown rock and the green vegetation on the bobvem with white tree trunks providing a huge strong contrast. I kept a double diagonal composition.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
