In Norway, far above the Arctic Circle, at 69° north latitude, lies the small island of Sommarøya. This bridge is the connection between the island and the larger island of Kvaløya, which in turn borders on the more famous city of Tromsø. This picture was taken at 1600 hours in the afternoon, well after sunset in the middle of winter, when the light of the sun is still glowing long after.
I got my first camera on my 8th birthday. Now, many cameras later, I have ended up with a 'full-frame' mirrorless camera and my passion for photography has become an important part of my life.
