Fog was predicted and it would freeze that night, so I thought 1 plus 1 is 2, which means a frosted landscape.
So early in the morning I drove to the Amsterdam Water Supply Dunes to look for the fox. On the way, I came across beautiful landscapes that I enjoyed intensely, but I did not see the fox.
After walking for kilometres, I suddenly saw two little ears under a tree and I thought.... could it be?
The fox has a curious nature and came running towards me. I lay flat on the ground and a few metres away from me she sat down. She sat looking around her wonderfully and when a plane flew over she looked up for a moment too.
What a beautiful encounter this was. The frosted landscape provided a nice white frame for the fox. With its calm look, the photo will not look out of place in a minimalist home decorated in natural tones. It should be beautiful then!
I have been working as a portrait photographer from 2010 until 2021. And since 2013 I am expanding my photography to nature photography and teaching. I can put all my passion for nature in this. I love being outside enjoying every sound and view. I love to capture the small and huge wonders of nature.
I like to photograph with passion and I like to add a sense of warmth and cosyness in my shots. I very much like the enthusiasm of other people when they view my shots.
