Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.

About ‘Winter light above the Ameland dunes’ by Peter Kuipers

On the western side of Ameland, where the sea and the land slowly part ways, the sun sinks behind a wintry horizon. The dunes lie still under a soft blanket of snow, while the last rays of sunlight warmly caress the landscape. The golden yellow light contrasts with the cool blue of winter and illuminates every blade of grass, as if nature is holding its breath for a moment. This moment feels timeless. The silence of winter, the rhythm of the sea in the background and the light that connects everything. It is a place to relax, to look and feel, without haste. This photograph captures the magic of a rare winter moment on the island, where ruggedness and softness come together. An ode to the Wadden Sea, to space, and to the beauty of the north — perfect for giving any space a sense of tranquillity and freedom.
