About "With Air in your Lungs"

About the artwork

Due to my work in a hospital as a pulmonary function analyst, lung patients are very close to my heart and I regularly see patients with Lung Covid who unfortunately are not the same as before their infection.

Now that vaccinations against Covid-19 are well under way, I would like to reflect on this with a work for on the wall in the form of this painting in which the lungs can be seen abstractly painted with a mountain lake surrounded by snow-covered mountain peaks which is supposed to represent clean and fresh air.

The profit I hope to make from this work will benefit the lung fund.

I also sell prints of this work on my website (arjenroos.nl), which skips the Werk aan de Muur commission and, although WadM's service is excellent, I would like to see a larger sum go to charity.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
