Worldmap in colorful watercolor by WorldMapShop

Hey travel lover! Add colour to your interior with this unique World Map in Watercolour.

This world map is a hand-painted watercolour in an expressionist style using the "wet on wet" painting technique. The map features sharp edges and a nice contrast between the colourful land and the white sea.

All colours have a clear link to the climate of the country or continent. Alaska is cold and has a blue colour. Africa is dry and forested and has yellow-orange and dark green colours. South America and Asia are tropical and have green and dark green colours. North America is a mix of green, yellow and orange and Australia is orange with green coastlines.

World maps are real 'story starters' and make for fun and interesting conversations both at home and in the office about the beautiful places we have visited.

The original painting has been photographed in high resolution and graphically edited for colour and contrast.
This way, you can be sure of an atmospheric eye-catcher of graphic quality that is also available in wall-filling formats as Art Frame or Seamless Wallpaper.
