A Rubb Hall is the English name for a large portable tent that can be used for events or as a storage location.
The town of Longyearbyen is the largest and northernmost settlement in Svalbard with a population of over 2,000. The town is characterized by different types of building styles. From this kind of large tents to brightly colored houses and numerous containers.
This bright yellow tent with green door contrasts nicely with the snowy landscape. The strong wind caused snow to blow up around the tent.
