About the artwork

Yellow on yellow, abstract.
This painting, created digitally, appears simple at first glance. Yet it consists of many layers.
Different shades of ochre and color planes give the suggestion of depth.
Balanced distribution.
This work belongs to the color field paintings.
Color field painting is a variant of abstract expressionist painting.
Within color field painting, relatively large areas of color or color fields are used to create a meditative mood in the viewer. The emphasis is placed on large monochromatic (one-color) areas, in order to give the phenomenon of color great expressive power.
Painters such as Mark Rothko and Barnett Newman represent this movement.

This work fits well in a modern, contemporary interior.
My work is created graphically on the computer. Sometimes I use existing images/photos, often I create new colorful layers. Those layers are later merged into an interesting abstract image. Composition and use of color are then leading.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
