About ‘Zaanse Schans’ by Fotograaf Kevin Nugter
The Zaanse Schans is a historic Zaan neighbourhood in the municipality of Zaanstad, which was founded in 1963 with national monumental wooden buildings and industrial mills from the Zaan region relocated to it. In the course of time it has been supplemented by various cultural-historical museums, craft shops and catering establishments.
