About ‘autumn’ by Manon Butterlin

This portrait of this beautiful red-haired woman was painted with acrylic paint in a mixed media background. The portrait is painted in warm autumn tones. There are (real) autumn leaves incorporated into the painting.

My inspiration comes from my love of nature. I love autumn with its beautiful warm colors.
Unfortunately, (western) man currently lives at the expense of nature. While ideally man should be able to live with respect for nature and in nature. That is why this beautiful autumn lady looks at us half hidden in nature.

The atmosphere of this painting is warm in color and nature image.

My message is that we humans should cherish and appreciate our beautiful nature and above all take very good care of it.

The portrait is painted with acrylic paint and the background is mixed media. A base of ecoline with several layers of rice paper, textured paste, craquale applied over it with a palette knife. Finally, the portrait was painted in.

This work suits people with a special love for nature and especially autumn.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
